Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Independent Study PE (ISPE)

ISPE qualifications include (see application packet for a more detailed explanation):

Participant must compete in an individual sport at a regional, state, or national level
Proof of participation in at least 3 competitions at that level in the last 6 months
Participant must spend a minimum of 200 minutes per week in the ISPE sport
